Return and Refund Policy

DALTA LEGAL provides legal support and assistance services, including documentation guidance, application assistance, and registration support. Since these services are digital and professional in nature, they may not always be eligible for return once the service process has started.

2. Service Cancellation

A client may request cancellation of a service only if the service process has not yet started.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once the service process has begun or documents have been submitted for processing, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Service cannot be provided due to technical or administrative reasons
  • Cancellation requested before the service process begins

Refund approval will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Government fees or third-party fees already paid
  • Application already submitted to a government authority
  • Delay caused by the client in providing required documents
  • Rejection of an application by government authorities
  • Services already completed or delivered

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Refunds will generally be credited through the original payment method, where possible.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents required for the service. DALTA LEGAL will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

DALTA LEGAL reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the website.
