Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service before the processing of the application begins.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Service cannot be provided due to technical or administrative reasons
  • Cancellation request received before service processing starts

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Government fees already paid
  • Application already submitted to authorities
  • Delay caused by client in providing documents
  • Rejection by government authorities

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days using the original payment method where possible.
